Great Location and Wonderful Service

Spent my New Year's at a hotel near the train station and overall had a decent experience. The location was prime, just a hop and a skip away from both a big mall and convenience stores. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we had a great stay.

The hotel lacked amenities that we had grown accustomed to in other hotels, like no internet access at all and no copies of maps or helpful information in any language other than Japanese. The room itself was also a bit snug for two people and the bed was hard as a rock.

Great location, the hotel is near convenience stores and shopping areas. The lobby is modern, spacious and impressive. The staff was kind and friendly.

The hotel lacked basic amenities such as Wi-Fi and didn't offer breakfast. The TV only had Japanese channels, and there were no English maps or guides available.

Great location with easy access to a mall, railway and station. Comfortable bed, spacious room with a Pola soap smell. Free wash bar with fancy shower products to try.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station and the Aeon center. The bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the lobby had a welcoming atmosphere.

The lack of internet access was a major drawback.
